What are your shipping times?
Do you ship worldwide?
Yes, we can ship any order worldwide. International parcels are sent either through Royal Mail or DPD depending on the shipping method you selected.
How will COVID-19 affect my delivery?
Please click here to read all our production and shipping updates. In light of the recent pandemic and UK lockdown our turn around time has been extended to the following. All clothing will have a maximum turnaround time of 7 working days, other products will have a maximum of 4 working days. We are still working hard to beat these maximum times stated. The next section below titled 'When will my products be dispatched?' has been temporarily overridden by this section.
When will my products be dispatched?
Our turnaround time is 3-5 working days, so your products will be dispatched within this period - we quite often beat the minimum time. In the unlikely case of a delay, we’ll contact you with an update.
How are my products shipped?
Depending on size, quantity and your choice of shipping method, orders are shipped by Royal Mail or DPD.
Will I be able to track my products as they’re shipped?
Yes, but only if you’ve upgraded your service to Recorded or Courier. When shipped to the UK, Royal Mail's Recorded service is only tracked on collection and delivery - if you want to track UK parcels in more detail you'll need to use the Courier option. Both Recorded and Courier offer detailed tracking for all orders shipped outside the UK.
Where can I find my parcel tracking information?
If you selected a traceable method, please get in touch with us using our socials or email to request your tracking code.
When will my products be delivered?
This depends on the courier, but Royal Mail quote their First Class delivery service as taking 1 to 3 working days for UK deliveries, 3 to 5 working days for Europe and 7 to 10 for the rest of the world. The Courier option is a next working day service in the UK.
I made a mistake in my delivery address, what do I do?
If you notice you have made a mistake in entering your house number or street name, please contact our team via Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, Email or Live Chat as soon as you can after the order has been made as we will always try and accommodate address updates. Sometimes this is not possible if too much time has elapsed between the order and the notification. Please note we cannot change PayPal addresses so please check these before ordering.
What if my order doesn't arrive?
Whilst rare, parcels can go missing in the post. We cannot issue replacement orders until 10 working days after dispatch for the UK and 28 days for EU & INT. This is because we cannot claim from Royal Mail until this time.
If an order does not arrive, we always recommend asking the to check at their local post office and confirming their address before contacting us. Please also note that we must be notified within 30 days of any orders that have not arrived. After this time we cannot replace any orders free of charge.
What sort of packaging do you use?
We have removed our plastic packaging from the vast majority of our products. You orders will use Eco friendly packaging including posters, clothing and other accessories. For garments we will use the packaging you see below - the paper bags are incredibly robust. For posters we use an extremely rigid triangular postage tube. We have shipped a large number of poster all over the globe and the tube keeps your poster safe, secure and damage free.
