Returns & Refunds

Do you accept returns or exchanges?

Do not return the product back the the address on the packaging before contacting our team.

Each product is printed to order, so unless item is still within it's original packaging, all labels still on the garment and in a sellable condition we do not accept returns or exchanges. If there is a fault with your item please do not hesitate to get in touch with us via email: hello@milesandmyles.com or social media on Facebook, Twitter or Instagram within 14 days of receipt.

We are unable to offer exchanges or refunds for for buyers remorse or size exchanges. 

When contacting us please include the following:

  • Order number
  • Proof of purchase
  • Your name
  • An attached picture(s) of the product and fault

Once we have reviewed your request a member of our team will advise you on the next steps. Please refrain from returning your product to us before hearing back from a member of our team regarding your query. 

If you are returning a product to us we recommend you use a recorded shipping method. 

Do you offer refunds? 

As mentioned above we do not issue refunds after the product has been shipped unless the product is faulty. If you you want to cancel your order before it has been shipped you may be eligible to a refund dependant on how much time has lapsed between placing your order and it being shipped. 

Please ensure you read the product sizes on garments before placing your order and take note of the measurements as generic Small, Medium, Large etc vary between different locations around the world. Measurement sizes can be found in either a graphic on the product pages or a table in the description.

Time after placing your order:

0 to 24 hours: Full refund will be issued

After 24 hours and before shipment of product: 30% refund will be issued.

If the product has been shipped: The order cannot be canceled and no refund will be issued
