Do you accept returns or exchanges?

Do not return the product back the the address on the packaging before contacting our team.

Each product is printed to order, so unless item is still within it's original packaging, all labels still on the garment we do not accept returns or exchanges. If there is a fault with your item please do not hesitate to get in touch with us via email: hello@milesandmyles.com or social media on Facebook, Twitter or Instagram within 14 days of receipt. When contacting us please include the following:

  • Order number
  • Proof of purchase
  • Your name
  • An attached picture(s) of the product and fault

Once we have reviewed your request a member of our team will advise you on the next steps. Please refrain from returning your product to us before hearing back from a member of our team regarding your query. 

If you are returning a product to us we recommend you use a recorded shipping method.
